Shipping

We ship internationally and we use international airmail (the shipping time about 2 weeks).

Our shipping fees include packaging, transportation and standard insurance coverage.

Shipping is minimally USD20.00 and it depends on the weight of the package.

You can see the shipping fees in your shopping cart after adding any items and after clicking on the "Buy Secure" button.

If you wish, you can use the expres mail, the shipping time is 4 days and this time is guaranted. We use the Czech Post

and also is possible to use the UPS.

Our carrier will ship your package to your shipping address. You must sign for delivered packages. If you are not at home, you will receive a note with contact details.

For orders over 44 lbs we use the Air Cargo, shipping time is 4 to 8 days and is necessary to receive consignment at any international airport.

Returning of Products

Our carrier is responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via e-mail at support@aaczechglass.com .

Please write your purchase order number, which you will find in your confirmation email. Also explain what is wrong with the merchandise. We will contact you with return instructions.

Warranties

Anything bought from AA CZECH GLASS.COM is covered by a warranty for 24 months from the delivery date. If your product should develop a defect while under warranty, please contact us via e-mail at support@aaczechglass.com .
