Communications

You may communicate us suggestions, comments, ideas, questions, or other information, but you agree not to transfer any content which is slanderous, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, illegal, invasive of privacy rights, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or promote a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law. You further agree not to post or transmit any material of any kind, which contains a virus or other harmful components. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.

Ordering

If you are shopping products, AA CZECH GLASS.COM requires you to provide us with your full name, full address, phone number, email address, billing address and at SSL Payment Method a valid credit card number, credit card expiration date and Card Verification Value/Code (at credit/debit cards Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard). All information is transmited in an encrypted form (Secure Sockets Layer). We automatically send a confirmation e-mail, containing a purchase order number. You may cancel any item from your order to 24 hours after its ordering. Please write to us at order@aaczechglass.com and let us know how you would like to change your order.

Payment

Payments are processed on secure server (Secure Sockets Layer). Your details cannot be intercepted or read in transit. 

Shipping, Returns, and Warranties

Shipping

We use international airmail (the shipping time about 2 weeks). Our shipping fees include packaging, transportation

and standard insurance coverage. Shipping is minimally USD20.00 and it depends on the weight of the package.

You can see the shipping fees in your shopping cart after adding any items and after clicking on the "Buy Secure" button.

If you wish, you can use the expres mail, the shipping time is 4 days and this time is guaranted. We use the Czech Post

and also is possible to use the UPS.

Our carrier will ship your package to your shipping address. You must sign for delivered packages. If you are not at home, you will receive a note with contact details.

For orders over 44 lbs and over sea (except for the Europa countries) we use the Air Cargo, shipping time is 4 to 8 days

and is necessary to receive consignment at any international airport or we use shipping by sea and shipping time is appr. 1 month

or we use mail by sea and shipping time is 1 to 3 months.

Returning of Products

Our carrier is responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via e-mail at support@aaczechglass.com . Please write your purchase order number, which you will find in your confirmation email. Also explain what is wrong with the merchandise. We will contact you with return instructions.

Warranties

Anything bought from AA CZECH GLASS.COM is covered by a warranty for 24 months from the delivery date. If your product should develop a defect while under warranty, please contact us via e-mail at support@aaczechglass.com .

Sales Tax

The Czech Sales Tax 20% (VAT) is charged only on orders sent within the state of  Europe Union, but if you have a VAT number, no VAT is charged.

Security

Our system transmit information over the Internet in an encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and is certified by Thawte or VeriSign. Your details cannot be intercepted or read in transit.
